Jim Cramer today on Mad Money talked about a new magic formula he has found. 4 out of 14 stocks that did a buyback of 17% or more were bought out as takeovers. This is his new thesis, and these stocks that are takenover go up a big amount.

I’m thinking about my making my first tool do exactly this, find stocks that are doing 17% or more buyback recently or will be in the future (from SEC filings they must do before buyback).

Writing this to jot down my thoughts.
